Jaya regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia at Directions Hearings, Conciliation Conferences, Dispute Resolution Conferences and Final Hearings, including in interstate registries such as the Brisbane and Melbourne registries, where she has acted in complex property and parenting matters, contravention and enforcement applications and appeared as Solicitor Advocate at Final Hearing.
Jaya has experience appearing in the various Local Courts, District Courts and Supreme Court of New South Wales and efficiently conducts her criminal matters ranging from local traffic matters to assault matters, defended hearings, appeals and section 4 applications. Jaya has also acted in complex criminal matters, including Child Protection Register and murder matters. Jaya takes a very focused and practical approach towards her clients’ matters, providing solution-based strategies and advice. Jaya has been successful in resolving matters by negotiation and is committed to obtaining the best possible outcome available in the circumstances of your matter.
