Visa Applications

Whether you’re applying for a temporary visa or seeking permanent residency, we can help you navigate the entire process. Our immigration lawyers will ensure that your visa application is correctly prepared, thoroughly documented, and submitted in compliance with all Australian immigration laws.

Permanent Residency Applications

If you are interested in permanent residency (PR) in Australia, we provide expert legal advice on how to apply. We will assist in determining your eligibility for different visa categories, such as the Skilled Migration Visa, Partner Visa, or the Business Innovation and Investment Visa.

  • Skilled Migration: We can assist with applications for skilled workers who wish to migrate permanently to Australia. This includes ensuring that you meet the points test and the specific criteria for the Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189) and the Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190).
  • Family Migration: If you are applying for a Partner Visa, Parent Visa, or Child Visa, we guide you through the paperwork, documentation, and requirements for approval.

Visa Refusals and Appeals

If your visa application has been refused, we can help you understand your options for appealing a visa refusal. We assist clients in lodging Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) appeals, providing you with strategic legal advice on how to challenge decisions and increase your chances of success.

  • Visa Refusal Appeals: If your visa application has been rejected, we will assess your case, identify the reasons for refusal, and assist with lodging an appeal or reapplying under the best possible category.

Citizenship Applications

Becoming an Australian citizen is an important step in your immigration journey. We provide assistance with the Australian Citizenship application process, ensuring you meet the residency and character requirements.

Employer Sponsorship and Business Visas

We assist employers and business owners who wish to sponsor skilled workers through the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visas, or other business visas. Our services include helping businesses meet sponsorship obligations and guiding them through the process of nominating foreign workers.

Refugee and Humanitarian Visas

For individuals fleeing persecution or seeking asylum, we can help with applications for Refugee Visas or other humanitarian visas under Australia’s Migration Act.

  • Protection Visas: If you fear persecution in your home country, we can guide you through the process of applying for protection under Australia’s Refugee and Humanitarian Program.

Visa Cancellation and Visa Overstay

If your visa has been cancelled, or you are facing a situation where you have overstayed your visa, we can help you resolve these issues. We offer advice on visa reinstatement, and work to prevent adverse immigration consequences.
